Welcome to my new personal homepage.

Almost 10 years has gone by since I published my first personal website on the web, and much has happened since then. For the past 6 years or so, I have had a relatively rarely (and randomly) updated website based on an old MS Frontpage template. But! Recently I decided to build my own CMS-based website, which should make it possible to 1) Make more frequent and easier updates, and 2) Collect all my sites related to my personal interests under one umbrella, so to speak, instead of having it spread out on a number of external blog sites and picture hosting archives..

I am in the process of moving those pages from the old site which I deem to be still of some relevance. For starters, this means my travelogues, but more will come as I work through it all. This site itself will also be improved, as the database construction used to generate the pages makes a certain degree of interactivity possible.
